Deco Hotel Canberra

I had a lovely New Year's stay here! The location is fantastic, right near all the action, which made it super convenient for celebrating. The rooms were spotless, and I really appreciated having a kitchen, which came in handy.

The busy street did get noisy at night, and I found the reception staff a bit lackluster in their customer service. There was also a surprise parking fee that I wasn’t expecting, which was a bit of a letdown. it had its ups and downs.

We had an incredibly spacious and luxurious room with large bathroom, that's big plus. Everything was very easy and the staff was obliging and very good. The location was marvellous, close to the city centre, the view was exceptionally good, too.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with good service and attentive service. The bed was very spacious, the staff were knowledgeable and attentive people at the reception desk. The hotel has magnificent location not far from nearby trendy food and shopping area, bars and restaurants, and museum, shops and zoo.

staying at deco hotel was a delight. the cleanliness and comfort of my room made for a pleasant experience. the staff were very friendly and efficient, particularly during check-in and check-out. the nearby convenience store was a nice bonus, and i enjoyed the delicious room service. additionally, the balcony provided a lovely setting to relax after a day of exploring.

The room was luxurious and we enjoyed out exceptionally comfortable bed. The stuff were obliging, excellent services.

Two nights with zero hot water! They only told us after I called, and it was such a hassle to deal with their cluelessness-just a terrible experience overall.

I got very nice value for my money with a spacious and modern apartment.

The morning meal could use a microwave in the room for added convenience.

The electric curtains and personal touches, like the name on the phone, were impressive. While the room's TV setup wasn’t ideal for bedtime viewing, the friendly staff and convenient location near landmarks like Haig Park and the Australian War Memorial offered us great family bonding moments. A nice stay overall!

The fine King Room featured mood lighting and automated curtains. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of fresh options. Excellent location for exploring, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beef burger at the bar restaurant was a delicious surprise after a long day.

We loved lounging on the cozy sofa while enjoying movies-on-demand after a busy day exploring with the grand kids. The apartment felt so spacious and bright, and the little ones were thrilled with the kids' corner in the living area.

My kids wished the bathroom had a few more amenities for families with children.

The king room was spacious with modern amenities, and the breakfast had amazing options like vegan yogurt and fresh juices. Everything felt newly designed and was clean.

The homemade Belgian waffles at breakfast were a game changer! Enjoying the happy hour was a delight, and the staff, especially Katie, brought a calming vibe after a long drive. The King Room was great with comfy beds and modern amenities!
